Meet Robert

Welcome! My name is Robert Papajeski, and I believe that growth starts with being truly heard. As a coach, my approach is simple: I listen deeply and ask thoughtful questions. I see questions as shovels, tools that help us dig beneath the surface and uncover answers we may not have otherwise found. Together, we’ll clear up unclear areas in your team and business, explore opportunities to reduce waste using Lean principles, and ultimately create a positive impact on your business.

My experience working with Chick-fil-A locations, along with years of leadership experience, has been filled with success, growth, and learning opportunities that have shaped me into the person I am today. Through these experiences, I’ve developed a deep passion for helping others grow and for providing a safe, supportive environment where that growth can happen.

Beyond my professional life, my greatest joy comes from my family and the friendships that allow me to serve and connect with others well.
