Waiting Time is another form of waste. It is also sneaky because it is so easily justified in the name of quality. Quality is a product of the lean mindset and a lean mindset saves and wins.

Waste is sneaky- it lives in places where we have grown complacent. It is in the steps we take to deliver an item from point A to point B.
How can you make your environment more lean?
